The project officially began in 2021, but as always, good things take time. Just as in 2021, by 2026 there was an even greater need for real estate data and analytics – a need to support family members' and loved ones' selling and buying processes with facts and data. To truly know what is happening in the market, what the trend is, and what the future forecast looks like.

Five years later, the market has become even more data-hungry. What began with complex SQL queries and manually collecting data from various registers has now grown into a comprehensive automated commercial product. We have brought together the core body of data to make clarity in the real estate market accessible to everyone. And this is only the beginning – Prominon and I have a big vision and exciting developments in progress. Just a little longer, and Prominon will launch its beta version.
